Reveal.js v5.x is released (Release note is here). This is major update that includes breaking changes.

[x] Auto apply for scroll view mode by small width
- This feature is disabled on default configuration
[ ] Included folder of Revealjs is "revealjs4"
- Mark deprecated and change at next major version (release at 2024)

When presentation with sphinx_revealjs.ext.footnotes displays by Scroll view mode, footnotes render on wrong position.

Standard mode: standard-view-mode

Scroll view mode: scroll-view-mode
