I'm having the same issue using: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
tried:
1x 6.4TB VMFS (v5.58)
6x 1TB VMFS (v3.0)

Both fail with same error:
c:\vmfs_r95>java -jar fvmfs.jar \\.\PhysicalDrive3 info

I windows Disk Management; this is Disk ID 2 (including counting from zero). I
know this is the correct disk.

Any suggestions?
