Picasa importer missing a couple photos from the Google Photos album #2698

By "missing" I mean that the user API reports N photos but we only import (N - X) photos.

When I import @aboodman Picasa data, the Google Photos album is missing 3 images. When I import mine, it's missing 1.

Every other album is fully imported, which implies it's not a paging issue, since other albums get paged as well.

I'm putting this down to a Picasa API bug. We can investigate which photos are missing at some later point and try to figure it out.

Actually, I note that I seem to be missing a lot more photos than this from Picasa. It seems to be photos that I put into Google Drive in 2014...there are a lot of photos from Drive before that which show up, and a bunch from more recently than that that I uploaded via Drive. But the middle of that year is definitely not showing up.
