Paladin Confiteor needs to be based off Confiteor Ready buff #262

Currently Confiteor is based off Requiescat, however with patch 6.3, Paladins now get 4 casts of Holy Circle/Holy Spirit/Clemency from Requiescat, and the usage of Confiteor is based off a new Confiteor Ready buff.

Right now, the Requiescat/Confiteor hotbar icon toggles back to Requiescat despite still having the Confiteor Ready buff. There are also instances where casting Confiteor does not change the hotbar icon to the Blade of Faith/Truth/Valor combo.
