ApiX support #291

And DT signatures change. (No DT job support yet as I do not own that expansion)

And update csproj for apix requirements

I didn't do any work on the DT jobs or even reworks of existing jobs so its still not "ready for dawntrail" but I got it in a working state for myself and figured I'd send a PR for what I changed.

Blessed, thanks. DT support is likely still a little ways off because I haven't set up my desktop yet, much less booted XIV. Does it Just™️ Werk™️ for whatever things didn't change in DT?

Yes it does just work. I have been playing through on warrior which hasn't had any DT changes. On other jobs like mch some icons need updating at specific levels but its all just finding the action ids and setting up code. On the other hand I would imagine that, for example, astrologian is completely broken but I haven't checked.

Yeah, AST is definitely going to need some love. I don't know what the timeline is for general release of Dalamud, but it's quite probable that XIVCombo won't be ready until after then.
