Paladin doesn't account for low level #327

For Paladin's Royal Authority Combo option, it doesn't account for low-level dungeons. In a level 20 dungeon, it will combo to Rage of Halone which is a level 26 ability. Have to do a Total Eclipse to make it revert back to Fast Blade.
