[suggestion] Blizzard to Blizzard III When Available

Though I'm not a Black Mage main, I feel that Blizzard 1 is useless when you get Blizzard 3. It's vestigial, worse than Transpose (though that skill still has a function). Fire 1 has a function (turning into Paradox sometimes and still keeping up Enochian), but Blizzard 1 is totally useless after level 35 as far as I know.

BlackMageHotbars

This would get rid of a skill that has no function and saves space on the hotbar. I'd be able to slot Blizzard 1 where it currently sits and see it change to Blizzard 3 at the right level (35). That would be far better.

Bonus: Another nice addition would be changing Blizzard 3 to Blizzard 4 after a single cast and High Blizzard into Freeze.

Extra Braindead Suggestion: Blizzard 3 > Blizzard 4 > Fire 3 High Blizzard > Freeze > High Fire

Breaks mutual exclusive because there are super edge cases where Blizzard 1 is necessary ie Dropped fire/ice with less than 600 mana

Bonus and braindead hard-break the mutual exclusive rule as well as breaking the rule of automation
