Only pass the extension to the glossaries option #7

Prior, you had to pass e.g. --glossaries="makeindex:main.clog" when running on main.tex now we interpolate the base-name automatically so that it suffices to pass --glossaries="makeindex:clog" when running on main.tex (and main.clog is generated automatically)

Not sure if this works with --output-directory.

Should now work with --output-directory (without also using --change-directory)
