Allow using effects on Desktop captures #95

One thing I've seen some twitch broadcasters do, for recordings, is to overlay 
an IRC window onto their stream, often with a chromakey to remove the 
background, so that the text can be overlayed on the video.

Currently, however, this doesn't seem possible with the latest PPA snapshot of 
Webcamstudio, as it doesn't allow applying effects to Desktop capture. I've 
attempted to use a UDP loopback with a second instance of webcamstudio, but 
that eats up a lot of my system's power, and adds a significant delay.

Hi, how you stream udp out from an instance of WS to another?
In the next build (502) i try to implement an URL-stream capable to capture UDP 
out from another WS instance, but in 501 this is not possible, as i know ...
Please, let me know.

I swear I just opened one instance of WCS, turned on UDP streaming, then opened 
a secont and pointed the URL to udp://@127.0.0.1:7000, and it was kind of 
finicky, and very slow, but it did work.

Ok, In the next build the UDP URL will work better, I work on it in this days 
and seems quite good. I will release it as soon as possible.Thanks for the

Okay, but if at all possible, I would very much like to be able to apply 
Effects to a desktop source, so I can skip using the UDP stream altogether :)

Hi, from build r505 yuo can apply effects to Desktop Streams too.
