Love the plugin, how ever struggling to get it to work with a html toolbar as I have the toolbar separate to the editor.

any ideas on how to make it work in that?

i currently get this message

routes.js:113 ignoring attaching to nonexistent format table-better

Solved it was a problem with not merging my config objects correctly
