Reorganize agent testing scripts

Should probably revisit how the test cases are written, because I'm sure I've missed some things over the past few years.

As a general rule

• Each function in a class should have its own set of test cases
• Each branch in a function should have its own test case

Adding logging to functions as I add testing scripts.
