Make the interface look prettier #95

Now that most of the info should be there, I need it to look less bad.

Or at least be organized better. Sprites are not changing.

Player's and opponent's teams will be displayed as horizontal icons. On hover over the icon, display the info for that pokemon

Probably use bootstrap for this.

Bootstrap uses jQuery, so I'll rock out #97 before this one.

jQuery added, so Bootstrap can be next. Going to work on some basic models before to plan out
