Improve links #413

Replaced insecure links with https equivalents where supported. Also replaced some broken links with equivalents.

This looks awesome, thanks! Would you mind undoing your change from "isolatable" to "isolable"? Looks to me like both are acceptable but I think more people will find the former more intuitive.

@atuttle Done! To explain myself, I agree that "isolatable" is intuitive, but it was not in my spellchecker's dictionary and when I looked into it I found that "isolable" was the more proper/common variation. I had an interaction on Wikipedia about 15 years ago about "doubtless" vs. "doubtlessly" and learned to never trust my intuition on words again.
