smart grammar switching for .cfc files #31

restored the extra classes that the cfml grammar previously defined for cfscript, and added an activation module that smart-switches the cfml grammar for components between cfml and cfscript based on the contents of the file.

disregard this PR - there were other changes to package.json that this would stomp on. will open a new PR shortly
