Add tests for cfml and html-cfml

Adding these separate files hoping that the example will help others contribute failing test cases instead of just issues.

These test cases also include some failing test cases for bugs mentioned in the issues.

The only test examples missing are snippets. There are ways to test them, though I'm not really familiar with them yet.

I promise to actually start working on fixing the failing tests next. ;-)
