Some XSD documents have externally defined types. Those types are not being loaded during conversion from XSD to DSA.
Example: https://ws.registrucentras.lt/broker/xsd.jadis.php?f=jadis-dalyvio-israsas.xsd
In this example, there is an externally defined source for types. The link to this source is broken now, but in general case it might exist, so we need to do extraction of types from sources like this.
