gmail block issues #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login as any user
2. click on either the gmail icon in Gapps box or "grant access" in gmail box
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output would be to view their gmail account, instead they are taken to 
a moodle error page that simply states "SAML Auth Code Failed turn debugging on 
for more information." When debugging is turned on, this additional message is 
displayed "Notice: Use of undefined constant LOG_LOCAL5 - assumed 'LOG_LOCAL5' 
in "...moodle\htdocs\auth\gsaml\config\config.php on line 133"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.01 on windows

Please provide any additional information below.
I have gone through issue #3 on this site to try and fix everything. I used the 
gmail block andrew provided and this issue persists.
