Moodle users are created fine on Google Apps but they can't access to Gmail, Docs, calendar, etc #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I create some user in moodle, and add them to sync
2. The user are created fine, in a few minutes on Google Apps side
3. The user are not able to access nothing on Google Apps side: neither Gmail 
or Docs. The Gmail block only shows (Grant Access...)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to log in moodle and then, the user will log in the google apps side, 
but only logs into moodle and even the user is created, it is not able to 
access mail or any google services. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Moodle 1.9.3 is installed in an Ubuntu 10. On the client side, chrome navigator 
on windows xp.

Please provide any additional information below.
