Hides the results box completely (title and empty space) when no results are available
Styled to take advantage of bbPress theme/classes
Fixes incorrect version in bbpress-live-topic-suggestions.php

This addresses #3 as well. I read through that issue and the suggested fix of restricting the SQL query. Although that is more efficient, I was already in the Javascript fixing a few things and decided to take this approach.
