All you cases run on our system with the exception of #14. Still, I'm actually
surprised they do run. All of the compartment pressures reach more than 6000
Pa so that the HVAC system shuts off (the default shutoff is 300 Pa) and there
is no oxygen for the fire so that the actually heat release rate is nearly zero
after a very short period of time. For CFAST, this means that all the
pyrolysis is simply adding mass to the upper layer to increase the compartment
pressure.

Nearly all compartments leak unless actually hermetically sealed. This may be
through cracks in the surfaces, around doors, through wall penetrations and the
like. The trick with most fire modeling is to set the leakage appropriate so
that the compartment pressure is realistic, typically on the order of a few
Pascals.
