Wall and corner entrainment seems to only work for the McCaffrey plume.

This is correct action at the moment.  We should add wall and corner fires into 
Heskestad plumes

Fire diameter should be fixed in r1716 for CFAST 6.3. Still need to add wall 
and corner fires.
