CFAST generates extra slice files in some cases #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attached input file specifies 6 slice file, one at the center of each axis (x 
and y) and a z one near the ceiling in both compartments.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of 6 slice files, CFAST generates 11, seemingly placing some extra ones 
at odd heights or as duplicates

Should be fixed in r1989.  Problem was a leftover from reworking of countargs 
routine in r1979.
