Use any data file that contains ceiling vents.

Problem is actually in getventfraction. Routines doesn't return correctly in 
all cases for a vent opening ramp which then defaults to a non-existing EVENT.  
Fix should be to include returns in all cases.

Check for other places calling qcvfraction ... these should be updated to call 
to getventfraction.
