Species spreadsheet output is in wrong order #17

I have also noticed a problem with the CFAST species excel. I might be
wrong on this one but as you may already know, after CFAST runs a
simulation it creates 4 excel spreadsheets which give various readings on
the simulation at any given or specified time. I have noticed that in
the “species” or “xxxx.s” spreadsheet the column titles seem not to
line
up with the sets of numbers below them. A good example in my case would be
that the Upper Layer OD of the compartment which had a fire (in my
scenario) never went beyond 0.00, which makes no sense because that is the
compartment where I imagine would have the highest OD in the upper layer.
Besides the O2 column, all the other column titles and number sets seem to
be misaligned.

Fixed in output spreadsheet.f

Problem was inconsistency of printout order for headings and data columns. Re-
ordered do loop to fix. Resolved in revision 32.
