Vent Area Limit Documentation #19

The CFAST Technical Manual (SP1026, page 9) recommends that the ratio of 
vent area connecting two compartments and the smaller compartment volume 
should not exceed 2 m^-1.  This value seems high.  A double door 
arrangement on a 3 meter x 3 meter room has an area to volume ratio of 
about 0.2.  Is 0.2 the correct value to present in SP1026?

We've revised the documentation to correct the text.  Our intention was to 
insure 
that the vent does not get too large in relation to the room size.  A ratio of 
the 
room volume to vent area (not the other way around) of about 2 m is now used in 
the 
documentation.
