Spreadsheet output does not include vent fires #35

Output in the *.n.csv spreadsheet output includes HRR (and other 
variables) for each user-specified fire, but does not include any vent 
fires calculated by the model resulting from under-ventilated burning of 
one or more of the user specified fires.

Door jet fires are now included in the _n spreadsheet with the heading "DJET" 
for short headers or "HRR Door Jet Fires" for the long headers version. This is 
a per room value so you get the total door jet HRR coming into each compartment.
