Total mass of pyrolysis and trace species incorrect #4

Calculation of total mass of pyrolysate and total mass of trace species is 
incorrect in revision 18.  Calculated amount is just flow, not total mass.

Suggested solution is to modify integrate mass routine to include delta-t 
term in summation.
