Target solution method resets when file is opened #47

A saved file with a target, where the target solution method is set 
to "steady", opens with the Method indicating "Implicit."  It would seem 
that it should open with the method set to "Steady".  The input file line 
in the saved file is:  TARGET,1,1,3,1,0,-1,0,GLASS,STEADY,PDE

Fixed in revision #199.  GUI was ignoring the STEADY solution type.  CFAST 
would run as STEADY, but next time 
it loaded in CEdit, it would be reset to IMPLICIT.  GUI nows checks 
specifically for STEADY too.
