CFAST fails with total mass output #57

When CFAST is run with the /T options (total mass output rather than mass 
flow), the program fails when printing out the flow output.  Problem is 
variable outbuf in routine FLWOUT is dimensioned too small.

Increase dimension to appropriate size to fix.
