Display of flame height in smokeview can be above compartment height #71

Flame height calculation can result in a fire that displays as well above the 
ceiling of the compartment.  Suggest changing smokeview display so that fire 
volume is conserved, but spread out at ceiling level.

Feature added in R9035 of Smokeview. Visually verified with sample test cases.  
Fire now shows as an inverted orange cone (i.e. the fire itself) with a height 
limited to the height of the ceiling in the fire compartment.  If the flame 
height is higher, a larger upper circle at the ceiling height is shown with a 
total volume of the "fire" the same as would be for the full flame height.
