Bad link in About CFAST menu item #73

CFAST 6.2.0.291

The link http://www.nplot.com/ does not work, nor does the redirect.

Also, suggest changing the name of the CFAST installation package to something 
like CFAST_6_2_0_291_setup.exe or something similar. The name setup62.exe looks 
too much like a virus program.

Fixed link.  Some browsers would correctly redirect it to 
http://netcontrols.org/nplot/wiki/; some would not.  Changed it to 
http://netcontrols.org/nplot/wiki/

Naming convention for test versions will reflect SVN # (such as 
CFAST_r291_setup.exe); for release versions, we'll call it by version number 
(such as CFAST_v621_setup.exe)
