Incorrect THRMF line in input file #87

CFAST version r341 creates an erroroneous line in every input file that 
specifies a local thermal.csv file.

You cannot open a saved file with this line in it unless thermal.csv exists in 
the local directory.

Incorrect case for check for existing file in IO.vb.  To be corrected in r402.  
Issued an updated install file r341a with the fix for the older test version.
