Total mass output (/T) only outputs Mechanical vent flow #88

This is as designed since the only place filtering takes places is in 
mechanical vents.

Should we print out both flows (rates and totals) instead of only one

This is actually as designed since it's really only used for filtering of trace 
species in mechancial ventilation system fans.
