cfast installation causes problems with fds/smokeview setup #93

If CFAST and FDS/Smokeview are both installed then smokeview from FDS can no 
longer be run from the command line even if FDS is reinstalled.  Since 
smokeview has the same name in both distributions and the CFAST bin directory 
occurs before the FDS bin directory.

The solution is to rename the smokeview in the CFAST distribution.  Perhaps, 
smokeview_cf.  We can talk about this.  Also, you need to be careful to include 
other smokeview files such as objects.svo (cfast smokeview didn't find it if it 
is there)
