Output file shows horizontal flow when vent is closed #95

Printed output shows non-zero flow for a horizontal flow vent that is supposed 
to be totally closed. Sample file attached.

variables used to print out flow data (leftovers from old CFAST data 
structures) were not initialized to zero if area of vent was zero.  Corrected 
in revision r490.
