Smokeview display of vent flow does not reflect different exterior temperatures #96

Currently, smokeview ignores the pressure inputs in the .SMV file.  Normally 
this is OK, but when exterior temperature is significantly different fromt he 
interior temperature, the smokeview display of vent flows is not correct.  This 
eas corrected in smoke revision 13480. 

Need to update CFAST to output the exterior pressure and temperature.

Fixed in Revision 555.  Tested with an atrium test case that shows flow in at 
the bottom and flow out at the top.
