No csv file for loading fire #99

What steps will reproduce the problem
1. Simple scenario - 8 compartments on one storey. 
2. Determined the temperature & smoke of the room.  
3. Missing csv file caused no output files. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Temperature of the compartments. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CFAST 6. OS: Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

If you can upload the .in, .o, and thermal.csv file for this test case, we can 
investigate.  It may be a issue of a newer smokeview with an older version of 
CFAST.

We'll close this one for now.  If the user submits an input file set, we can 
reopen it to investigate further.
