Upgrade php-di for full compatibility with laravel 9 / 10 #411

Fixes https://github.com/atymic/twitter/issues/406 & https://github.com/atymic/twitter/issues/406

The change is just update the composer.json's php-di version to 7.0.2

No further changes required.

I'm having problems installing this in Laravel 9, would be nice to merge this if this fixes the issue :)
