check_assumptions for gams! #11

I'd like to rewrite the check_assumptions function for gams using the evaluation plots in Zuur et al 2007 Analysing ecological data on p.118, chapter 7 Additive and generalised additive modelling.

Anyone interested in this/thinks its a good idea?

There is a working version in the latest commit, install with devtools::install_github("atyre2/NRES803")

It would be nice if this also did the predictions in the same way as other augment( ) methods.

Ugh. for a gam, need to make sure that .std.resid are "scaled.pearson" or they don't have the correct expected value (0.822 ...)
