UAV's become inert after take off #29

they arent exactly un-useable per say but after they auto land they refuse to take any further orders as they enter this strange state where they force themselves to fly towards one set direction at a set speed of 250 kmh with full flaps down any attempt to correct this behavior short of blowing them up to respawn them doesnt work even turning off their autonomous flying doesnt work the ai becomes fully dedicated to fly to one set area of the map (usually the bottom left corner (debug zone) until they reach the end of the loadable map or run out of fuel.

isotope436 commented 1 year ago

to add onto this you have to manually take them off again and once this is done they then enter this state

it also appears to happen with the falcon to so my guess is not using the autoland prevents it from happening kinda annoying but hey it works

I'll experiment with the autoland stuff. if you can give me a simple way to reproduce the issue ill look into it this week

open altis and with a drone in air order it to move to the airfield but change the command to land after it lands it should enter a state where it will park at the service point/end of the runway and then shut off its engines after that point it refuses to respond to commands

Bump, I can reproduce this bug on multiple servers running this mod and do hope to see a fix.
