Arsenal Bug: _arsenal = 3; #52

When _arsenal = 3 is set in parameters.sqf, players can become stuck on a loading screen when trying to use the arsenal.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Enter & Exit Arsenal
  2. Change Roles
  3. Enter Arsenal Again

Thanks, I've been able to reproduce the bug.
