add CAS helicopters #7

I would love to have the option to add AH-99 Blackfoot and AH-9 Pawnee I think they should be an addional role. Much like CAS but CAS rotary or something?

Question is how one would handle the gunner?

See - adding respawning vehicles.txt, adding recruitable AI.txt and role selection system.txt in the documentation folder (Apex-Framework/Apex_framework.terrain/documentation/). For the gunner, you can recruit an AI and have him get in the gunner seat or if you are dearing you could be the gunner and have the AI pilot.
