System framework #4

If you enable this module scope for the system framework, everything works fine except that usb debugging has to be manually re-enabled every boot. The bonus is that Momo does NOT detect usb debugging even though Ruru does. It seems Momo is using some hidden way to get status from the system framework.

My request is that the need to re-enable USB Debugging every reboot be fixed

Maybe make it so that if the system framework is used, it hides the props from all apps as well.
