Add wpcli commands for replacements #14

I don't know if cli does an interactive mode, but would be cool to install the plugin, activate it (as is), and run wp kickstart and it start asking you for replacements to make.

[x] Add the cli command
[x] Update documentation
[x] Remove old replace.php method

This is in master but still needs documentation updates.

Now all you have to run is wp kickstart and it will do things for you :)

Just run wp kickstart :)
