Docker container? #96

Hi!

I'm not really proficient with docker yet, but I think that bundling the local part of the environment in an auto-updating docker container would benefit the community using haaska :)

There is no local part of the environment. Haaska is just an alexa skill using a lambda function to talk to your homeassistant api.
