Sound activated recording - release time, & pre-record #5649

Your idea

It would be nice to have a simple release time here, as I would like to trigger with sound, but then leave 5 sec or so after the sound has dissipated, also while it's armed, to have a pre-record buffer as well.

Problem to be solved

choppy sound activated recordings, fiddling with thresholds for precision.

For me specifically it would be to be able to record a certain amount of time in memory already before the actual sound happens. As sometimes the recording gets triggered, but it does not contain all of the sound that was activating the recording.
