Test attachments with audb.load_to() #421

Relates to https://github.com/audeering/audb/issues/313

This adds a test, that tries to reproduce the erroneous behavior of audb.load_to() when loading multiple attachments.

The failing test under Windows is not related with the actual issue, we want to test here.

As this pull request was only to show, that we cannot reproduce #313, I will close it now.
