Update infrastructure footer link #53

We need to change the link for infrastructure again.

Great, thanks for updating already. If we release the theme before end of January, all internal docker images will use at from 01/02/2022 on. But this time I will not make the effort and make new releases of all packages to update the documentation, so I guess we will have mixed links for a few month.

That should not be a problem. The link is still not used anyway.
