Change Infrastructure link to http://devops.pp.audeering.com #61

To increase trust in the links inside the footer, I propose to remove the "Infrastructure" link until there is a page we can link to.

The update of the infrastructure pages is on our roadmap (internal link). I propose to change the link to http://devops.pp.audeering.com/ for now, since we already have a basic overview over our infrastructure there and just need to update it in the future. The link can then stay the same.

I guess the reason why ew removed that link in https://github.com/audeering/sphinx-audeering-theme/pull/48 are then no longer valid, correct?
