feat: Enhancements to start_climatisation Service

Changes:

• Introduced optional parameters for the start_climatisation service, including temperature settings (F/C), glass heating, and seat comfort adjustments.
• Improved logging for optional parameters.
• Converted temperature inputs to 'deca-kelvin'; note: Fahrenheit conversion may have minor rounding errors.
• Updated the services.yaml for a cleaner UI experience and added detailed documentation in readme.md.
• Set a minimum "Update Interval" of 15 minutes to reduce excessive polling.

Suggestion:

Propose releasing as a beta to evaluate compatibility with various vehicle models, especially older ones. Tested successfully on 2021 Q5e

To avoid any conflicts with legacy vehicles, and other pull requests, It would be better to keep the legacy service as is, and create a new service with all the new options, specifically for starting the climate control. Closing this. I will put a new service together.
